In 1999, founder, Robyn D. Lockhart was a college student also working at print-shop. She was also a violinist in two orchestras. One day the conductor who was also a funeral director, asked could she design an obituary program for a family he was working with. The funeral director loved the program and other directors requested her services.
Since then Victory Designs and Printing has added many new products including – photo gifts and apparel to invitations and marketing materials.
